Q: How long will it take to download?
A: Please allow 30 seconds – 1 minute for the initial download – with 300+ educational sessions, it is a large program!
The app, which is updated constantly, includes the latest information on speakers, exhibitors, programs and more. It is the best source for the most current information on the TLA conference.
Q: What is my login?
A: Your login is the email address you used to register for conference.
Your password is the same email address (i.e., username: [email protected], password: [email protected]) UNLESS you have registered with the XCD system before.
Note: If you can’t remember your password, you can select “email me a magic link”. You would need to open this link on your phone. It will log you in automatically. If this option won’t work, no need to worry, please contact [email protected] and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Q: I recently registered, but I can’t log into the app?
A: Please allow 24 hours from when your registration is complete, to when you’ll be able to log into the app. Thank you for your patience.
Q: How do I add sessions to my schedule?
A: In the app, your schedule is called “my itinerary.” From the app home page, click “menu” at the bottom, then “program.” You’ll see a full schedule. Click the square at the upper right to filter the program by day, session type, track or primary topics. (Tip: When you search for sessions, make sure the “Star” next to the search bar is not filled in. If it is solid, that means you are looking at your itinerary and your itinerary only.) Click on the session you’d like to add, then click “Add to itinerary.”
Remember, to exit a specific search filter you need to select “clear filter” to be brought back to all the sessions. Be sure to enable push notifications so you receive notifications during conference. To view your itinerary, click on the home button, then select “my itinerary” below your name. Scroll to see the sessions you have marked.
