TLA Member Rate

To receive the TLA member rate on 2027 Annual Conference registration, your TLA membership must be current for 2027. Learn more about how TLA member benefits connect you to what matters.

Simply start the join or renew process for your membership first, then either bundle your registration with your membership order or register for conference separately once your membership order is complete.

Payment Options for Annual Conference Registration

TLA accepts payment in the form of credit/debit card payments, checks mailed to the office, ACH transfers, saved bank account information on your Members Only profile. For purchase orders, see the information below.

Registration cannot be paid by PO after April 5, 2027. All registrations after April 5, 2027 must be paid in full, online.

Large Group Registration

If you are wanting to register a group, please contact [email protected]. Group registrations of 25 or more from the same institution will receive a 10% discount, email us for more information.

Purchase Orders: What to Know

If you’re using a purchase order (PO) for your membership or event registration, please keep in mind that a PO is not a payment through our system; it’s a way to process a request for an invoice.

Purchase Order

You have a PO from your institution to pay for your TLA order (membership, registration, etc.).
Login to Members Only to create an invoice for your order.
On the checkout screen, choose “Bill Me” and add in your PO number (if applicable).

Invoice

When you select “Bill Me” on the checkout screen, the system will auto-generate an invoice that you can print and forward to your institution’s business office for them to pay the balance.
You do NOT need a PO to generate an invoice.

Payment

TLA accepts payment in the form of credit/debit card payments, checks mailed to the office, ACH transfers, saved bank account information on your Members Only profile.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing (email only) on or before April 5, 2027, will receive a refund, less a 20% administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 60 days following the conclusion of the conference. No phone requests will be accepted.
Registrations, including meal events, made after April 5, 2027, are non-refundable. Exhibits Only registrations are non-refundable.
TLA reserves the right to cancel all or part of this event. If TLA cancels, registrations will be transferred to a comparable virtual or in-person event(s) of equal or greater value within the 2027 calendar year. TLA is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including transportation, lodging, or meal costs) incurred by the registrant.
Registrations are not refundable after April 5, 2027, for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows, illness, travel-related problems, loss of employment, or duplicate purchases. Event operating hours, guests, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Transfers

Substitutions of registrations to another individual must be made in writing (email only) by April 15, 2027, to TLA. No phone requests will be accepted. Ticketed meal events are not transferable. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
