  • April 19th – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Exhibits Grand Opening, uncontested time) 
  • April 20th – 10 a.m. to 5 pm 
  • April 21st – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m .

Exhibitor Information

Pricing 

  • 10’ x 10′: $2,200 
  • Corner Fee: $200 additional for each 10’x 10′ corner 
  • 5’ x 10′: $1,150 
  • To qualify for a 5’ x 10’ booth you must fit one of these criteria: Storyteller, single author, small publisher (12 or less books) or nonprofit organization. 

Set-Up 

  • Pipe and 8’ Back Drape 
  • Divider Drape: 3’ side drape 
  • Identification sign 
  • 24-hour security 

Furnishings, Shipping, and Other Services 

  • NOT INLCUDED IN RENTAL FEE: Furniture such as table and chairs, carpet, audio visual, catering, floral and services such as shipping, electrical, wifi, and booth cleaning.  
  • Exhibitors may bring their own booth furniture or rent through our official suppliers via the Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be available in December 2026. 
  • Exhibitor Booth Carpet or flooring is not required. 

Badges 

  • An exhibitor badge allows access to all conference programs. Some events require additional ticket purchases. 
  • 3 Complimentary Exhibitor and 3 Complimentary Author badges per 10 x 10 booth 
  • 2 Complimentary Exhibitor and 2 Complimentary Author badges per 5 x 10 booth 
  • Additional exhibitor badges are $150, and additional author badges are $75. They can be purchased and assigned in the Exhibitor Portal beginning in late 2026. 
  • OnPeak is the ONLY official housing partner of TLA 2027.  
  • Book Your Room Block here 
  • Observe all deadlines for booking your block and releasing any unneeded rooms.

Official Show Vendors and Poacher Warning

Beware of companies falsely representing themselves as TLA approved vendors. Carefully review any documents before entering any agreements or contracts purporting to be TLA vendors or representatives. Contact Jaime Bare, TLA Vendor Relations and Meetings Coordinator with any questions. Exhibitors will receive a list of official suppliers, the Exhibitor Handbook, and the service kit.
