TLA Annual Conference Planning Committee

The TLA Annual Conference is the largest state library association conference in the country. With almost 5,000 attendees, hundreds of education sessions, a large exhibit hall and many special events, planning and executing the event requires not only TLA staff, but volunteers.

The Conference Planning Committee works with the TLA President and staff to plan and execute the TLA Annual Conference. The 30 members of the committee are appointed by the TLA President-Elect the fall before that person takes office as TLA President at conference in the spring. The TLA Conference would not be the amazing experience it is without the dedication of these volunteers!
