Beware of companies falsely representing themselves as TLA approved vendors. Carefully review any documents before entering any agreements or contracts purporting to be TLA vendors or representatives. Contact Jaime Bare, TLA Vendor Relations and Meetings Coordinator with any questions. Exhibitors will receive a list of official suppliers, the Exhibitor Handbook, and the service kit.
The Exhibit Hall is designed to maximize traffic flow throughout hall – multiple hall entrances, multiple wide traffic aisles, Authors Area, Author Stage Interviews, Recharge Lounges, Exhibitor Showcases, convenient food concessions/cafes, Exhibitor Lounge, and much more.
To qualify for a 5’ x 10’ booth you must fit one of these criteria: Storyteller, single author, small publisher (12 or less books) or nonprofit organization.
Set-Up
Furnishings
Furniture, carpet, audio visual, catering, floral and services such as shipping, electrical, wifi, and cleaning are not included in the booth rental fee. Exhibitors may bring their own booth furniture or rent through our official suppliers via the Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be available in December.
Badges
An exhibitor badge allows access to all conference programs. Some events require additional ticket purchases.
Additional exhibitor badges are $150, and additional author badges are $75. They can be purchased and assigned in the Exhibitor Portal.
