The energy is electric as the doors to the TLA Exhibit Hall swing open. It all kicks off at 2:00pm, Sunday, March 29 for the Exhibits Grand Opening! With a bustling floor packed with over 200 exhibitors, more than 200 author signings, and countless opportunities to explore, connect, and discover, this is where the magic happens.

Whether you’re here to connect with industry experts, expand your collection with new books, or simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere, the TLA Exhibit Hall is the place to be. Be sure to check out the TLA Scavenger Hunt Game for missions you can complete in the Hall. Don’t miss out—see you there!

TLA 2026 Exhibit Hall Hours

Sunday, March 29: 2:00 – 5:00pm (Exhibits Grand Opening)
Monday, March 30: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, March 31: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Wheeled carts are not permitted on the exhibit show floor and must remain in the Self-Service Storage area.

Self-Service Storage

TLA is providing complimentary self-service storage where attendees can store swag and books, they pick up on the exhibit floor.

Storage boxes or bins are not provided. Attendees must bring their own bag, box, bin or wheeled cart.

The Self-Service Storage is located outside the Exhibit Hall near the Hall Entrance D.

Monday, March 30 | 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday, March 31 | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

In Need of a Box?

Visit the FedEx store at the Hilton of the Americas or visit the Exhibit Hall to pick up an exhibitor tote bag.

How it works:

Storage is self-service and at your own risk; TLA is not responsible for theft or damage.
Free-standing wheeled carts are parked in the designated storage area; smaller bags or boxes are placed on a numbered space on a table
A liability waiver form must be signed to leave items in the Self-Service Storage area.
Items must be picked up by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 31. TLA will not ship items that are left in the Bag Check area.
TLA staff/volunteers monitor during open hours. The Exhibit Hall is locked overnight but the storage is not secured.

Get your books signed and connect with creators throughout the Exhibit Hall. You’ll find signings at the Authors Area, the TechOps Specialty Vehicles Bookmobile, and various exhibitor booths during hall hours.

Keep your energy high without leaving the action. There are plenty of delicious options waiting for you inside the Exhibit Hall.

Hall Café Dining: Choose from CJ’s Latin Grill, Halal Guys, or BBQ.
Coffee: Visit the Katz Coffee Cart conveniently located next to the TLA Bookstore in Hall D.
Easy Access: All dining options are located on the floor for your convenience.

Shop & Sip at the TLA Bookstore

Visit the TLA Bookstore in Booth 224 to find titles from your favorite participating authors, featuring local legend Blue Willow Bookshop.

Browse and choose from a variety of books from your favorite authors.
Relax and enjoy a cup of Katz Coffee Cart (available Monday and Tuesday).
Spend some time at the Bookstore Café tables while you shop.
